The project was a dynamic mobile app tailored for event creation and attendance, offering distinct workflows for both Visitors and Event Executors. Visitors could explore a wide variety of events, use advanced search and booking flows, write and view reviews, and conduct transactions with support for multiple global currencies. Executors had a robust set of tools for event creation, calendar-based planning, and a wallet system to manage event income, including seamless withdrawal options. Together, these features created a streamlined platform that empowered event hosts while enhancing the visitor experience.

In my role as product manager, I was closely involved in shaping the app from concept through public release, with my responsibilities spanning several key areas:

Requirements Management and Roadmap Planning: Collaborated on initial product requirements and developed a structured roadmap that balanced short-term objectives with long-term product goals, ensuring that the app’s direction remained aligned with user and stakeholder needs.
